Access to the Member Portal may require payment. All fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms provided. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Memberships may auto-renew unless canceled.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and features on the Member Portal—including text, graphics, videos, and software—are the property of Smart Credit Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We strive to maintain a respectful, safe, and empowering environment. You agree to engage respectfully and avoid harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior. Violations may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

9. TERMINATION

Smart Credit Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Member Portal at our discretion, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Credit Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Member Portal.
